RULES OF INTERNAL CONDUCT FOR THE VISITORS OF
the AKROPOLE Alfa Shopping Centre

These Rules of Use (the Rules) of the AKROPOLE Alfa Shopping Centre and the adjacent territory at Brīvības gatve 372, Riga (the AKROPOLE Alfa) are binding on all visitors and guests of the AKROPOLE Alfa. The premises and territory of the AKROPOLE Alfa are a publicly accessible place and, accordingly, the visitors and guests of the AKROPOLE Alfa are also bound by the Riga City Council Regulations No. 80 Public Order Regulations in Riga of 19.06.2007, as well as all other binding laws and regulations.
The working hours of the AKROPOLE Alfa are as follows:
The supervision of the order on the premises of the AKROPOLE Alfa and in the territory adjacent to the AKROPOLE Alfa is handled by the security service staff (hereinafter - the Security Service), and visitors and guests of the AKROPOLE Alfa must follow the instructions of the employees of the Security Service. Video surveillance is carried out on the premises of the AKROPOLE Alfa and in the territory adjacent to the AKROPOLE Alfa.
The following activities are not allowed on the premises of the AKROPOLE Alfa or in the territory adjacent to the AKROPOLE Alfa:
Special rules for parking cars in the AKROPOLE Alfa parking lots
Cars must be parked in accordance with the posted road signs/indications and road markings. Outdoor parking areas are intended for parking cars for up to 2 (two) hours, covered and multi-storey parking areas are provided for parking cars for up to 4 (four) hours. Visitors are obliged to record the parking time in the AKROPOLE Alfa parking area by placing information about the time when the vehicle is parked in a visible place on the front panel of the car. The AKROPOLE Alfa surface parking lots are allowed for use from 07:00 to 24:00, underground parking - from 06:00 to 24:00. Compliance with the requirements of road sign regulations is controlled by the Riga Municipal Police.

AKROPOLE ALFA CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND RULES
1. General provisions:
1.1. the children's playground is the property of the AKROPOLE Alfa shopping centre;
1.2. the children's playground is freely available every day from 7:00 – 23:00 and can be used by any natural person;
1.3. children under the age of 13 (thirteen) must be supervised by their parents or legal representatives;
1.4. the use of the children's playground is free of charge, subject to the working hours of the children's playground and internal procedures;
1.5. all playground equipment is manufactured in accordance with European Standards NE 1171 (for playground equipment), but before using the playground, everyone must make sure of the safety of the equipment by removing any items (left by other visitors) that may interfere with play;
1.6. AKROPOLE Alfa shopping centre is not liable for:
– losses, damages, and accidents that occur to a person or personal property while visiting/using the children's playground and its attractions;
– any unattended or forgotten items/belongings and other things;
1.7. The supervision of the order in the children's playground on behalf of AKROPOLE Alfa is handled by the Security Service staff (hereinafter – the Security Service) of AKROPOLE Alfa, and visitors shall follow the instructions of the Security Service staff.
2. Obligations of a children's playground visitor:
2.1. to follow the rules of use of the playground;
2.2. to follow the rules of the playground and its equipment, to use each piece of equipment only for its intended purpose;
2.3. playground equipment may not be used while wearing protective helmets, elbow and knee pads;
2.4. to refrain from any activities that disturbs or causes inconvenience to other visitors and causes reasonable objections;
2.5. to be responsible for the safety of your personal belongings and leaving them unattended;
2.6. to inform the Security Service of the AKROPOLE Alfa shopping centre about any violations of the rules of the playground;
2.7. to inform the owner of the playground in writing about damage to the playground equipment (e-mail: [email protected]).
3. The following is prohibited in the children's playground:
3.1. to smoke, bring and use alcoholic beverages, other intoxicating, poisonous or toxic substances;
3.2. to be under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances;
3.3. to bring in and use explosives, weapons, torches and smoke candles, pyrotechnics;
3.4. to use the equipment located in the children's playground for purposes it is not intended for (e.g., climbing on roof, climbing over railings, etc.);
3.5. to bring in animals;
3.6. to drive motorised vehicles and bicycles;
3.7. to litter the territory with household waste;
3.8. to break, cover in writing or otherwise damage the playground equipment, improvement elements and greenery located there;
3.9. to arbitrarily move, modify playground equipment or install any constructions;
3.10. to light bonfires;
3.11. to engage in business activities (provision of services/trade), promotional activities.
4. Liability for non-compliance with the rules:
4.1. for non-compliance with these rules, the Security Service may expel persons from the playground and may be held administratively liable;
4.2. the Security Service has the right to check suspicious persons, objects, etc., as well as detain persons who commit illegal activities or do not comply with these rules until the police arrive.
